To strengthen our team at our Zuzenhausen location, we are looking for a working student in AI (m/f/d) to start immediately, either part-time or full-time.
THESE TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Support and continuous development of the Hoffenheim AI platform and the digital player avatars;
Support and enablement of employees in the use of AI platforms (office hours, short training sessions, guides);
Planning and execution of meetings/workshops with specialist departments for the identification, specification and prioritization of use cases;
Development, prototyping and implementation of practical solutions for everyday work, including assistants for recurring tasks;
Integration and configuration of SharePoint for the structured provision of internal information (permissions, search, knowledge bases);
Development of data and interface flows (APIs, RAG) for LLM-supported applications; evaluation and tuning;
Development of new approaches in the sports context for the analysis of large datasets with Large Language Models, including validation and results preparation;
Documentation, testing and quality assurance of prompts and workflows; Adherence to security, data protection, and compliance.
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROFILE
: Enrolled student (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, (Business) Informatics, Cognitive Science, Mathematics, or a related field of study.
Initial experience with Large Language Models (e.g., Prompting, RAG) and building small AI tools/assistants.
Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and APIs; Git basics are an advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint; experience with integration/automation (e.g., Power Automate) is desirable.
Understanding of data analysis and data modeling; basic knowledge of NLP/ML and ideally SQL.
Structured, independent, and service-oriented work style with a hands-on mentality.
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor in workshops/meetings with specialist departments.
Excellent written and spoken German skills, good English skills.
Support of 15 to 20 hours per week is desirable.
