Your tasks - What awaits you as a Business Intelligence Consultant (m/f/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere?

  • Data Engineering & Modeling : In this role, you will design end-to-end data models, develop robust data pipelines, and provide high-quality data products for internal stakeholders.
  • Requirements & Governance: You work closely with business owners, prioritize reporting requirements, and ensure governance, quality, and feasibility of all solutions.
  • Insights & KPIs: Using BI and process mining tools, you translate business processes into concrete, actionable insights and define KPI frameworks to manage efficiency, success, and stability.
  • S/4 Migration: As part of our S/4 program, you will support the migration from SAP BW 7.5 to SAP BDC / SAP Datasphere and contribute to a smooth go-live.
  • Digital Transformation: You drive a data-driven corporate culture and align analytics solutions with business goals in close collaboration with SAP and IT teams.
  • Stakeholder management: Together with SAP and IT Operations, you manage stakeholder expectations and deliver effective analytics and business solutions.

Your profile - What do you bring to the table as a Business Intelligence Consultant (m/f/d) - SAP BW / SAP Datasphere?

  • Education: You have a completed degree in computer science, (business) informatics, engineering, data science or a comparable field.
  • SAP expertise: You have at least 7 years of experience in data engineering, sound hands-on experience with SAP BW, and 1-2 years of practical experience with SAP Datasphere (SAP BDC / Datasphere).
  • Modeling & Integration: You possess strong skills in semantic data modeling and have experience in integrating data from SAP and non-SAP systems for scalable analytics solutions.
  • BI & Process Mining: You have experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik and/or Celonis and can transform data into meaningful insights and robust KPI frameworks.
  • Transformation mindset: You communicate confidently in English and impress with a proactive, data-driven way of working, actively driving digital transformation in the SAP and IT environment.
