• You will assist new and existing customers in replacing outdated and rigid IT systems with modern, flexible modular solutions.

• You find out where AI offers real added value in e-commerce (e.g., in text creation or trend forecasting) and explain this to our customers in an easily understandable way.

• You guide clients through structured analyses of their market position, business models and digital maturity – and develop prioritized transformation roadmaps from this that are technically feasible and economically viable.

• You're involved from the very beginning when it comes to acquiring new customers. You develop compelling concepts and present them confidently.

• You are the link between our sales management and the development teams. Together, you transform current market trends into concrete offers and services.

• You bring sound experience in IT consulting or preparatory sales, ideally in the field of e-commerce (e.g. with systems such as commercetools, Contentful or Spryker).

• You understand how modern data systems work and can explain them well. Terms like cloud and interfaces (APIs) are not buzzwords for you, but your tools of the trade.

• You follow the latest developments in artificial intelligence and know how to meaningfully integrate tools such as modern language models into business processes.

• You can analyze and develop business models, market positioning, and customer segmentation, and derive concrete technical and organizational recommendations from them. You understand that technology decisions are always also strategic decisions.

• You enjoy creating the best solution for the customer, but you never lose sight of the project's success and the contractual agreement.

• You have fluent German and English skills.
