Your tasks
- Development, implementation and optimization of machine learning models and algorithms
- Integration of ML models into production systems and applications
- Building and scaling ML pipelines (training, deployment, monitoring)
- Analysis and processing of large datasets for model improvement
- Use of modern frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar technologies
- Development and implementation of model evaluations as well as monitoring in production operation
- Ensuring the performance, scalability, and maintainability of the solutions
Your profile
- Hands-on mentality: You take ownership and drive topics forward independently.
- Strong discussion and communication skills: You contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and work constructively in a team.
- Enjoyment of new things: You enjoy staying up-to-date in a rapidly changing technology landscape and constantly learning new things.
- Completed studies in computer science, data science, mathematics or a comparable field
- Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with deployment and operation of ML systems (APIs, monitoring, CI/CD)
- Knowledge of data processing, feature engineering, and model optimization
- Ideally, experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Kubernetes)
Nice-to-have
- Experience with search technologies or vector databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Milvus)
- Knowledge in the area of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG and Prompt Engineering
- Experience with MLOps and automated training pipelines
