Working student (d/f/m) AI management

With us, you will play a key role in the practical implementation of our identified AI use cases:

• AI Implementation: You will independently implement identified AI use cases, primarily using a workflow automation tool. You will automate processes and integrate AI solutions into our existing systems.
• Collaboration with AI project managers and key users: You will work closely with AI key users from the various departments, understand their requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. At the same time, you will coordinate with the AI ​​project managers to ensure a smooth process.
• Development & Optimization: You will develop, test, and iteratively optimize AI solutions. You will contribute your own ideas to improve implementation processes and seek innovative approaches.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: You document your implementations in a traceable manner and contribute to the team's knowledge building.

• Studies & Passion for AI: Currently enrolled in computer science, business informatics, data science, or a related field. Strong interest in AI and machine learning, ideally with some initial practical experience.
• Development experience: Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) and proven development experience through internships or projects. Ideally, experience with N8N or similar low-code platforms.
• Hands-on mentality: Enjoyment of building concrete solutions and solving problems independently. Structured and results-oriented work style.
• Collaboration: Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders (technical & professional).
• Language skills: Fluent German and very good English skills.
