Senior Product Manager (m/w/d) AI & Procurement Plattform

You are a visionary Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) who translates modern technologies – especially artificial intelligence – into scalable, marketable products. You actively shape the transformation of procurement through AI and automation and develop solutions that make real business processes measurably more efficient. You work at the intersection of purchasing, finance, technology, and data, building a platform that helps companies digitally manage their entire value chain.

YOUR ROLE

• Drivers of the next generation of our procurement and P2P platform with a focus on automation, efficiency and AI-native features
• Development and implementation of a clear product vision for digital procurement processes (source-to-pay, e-procurement, supplier management)
• Identification and integration of technologies such as Generative AI, Agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions into the product strategy
• Conceptualization of innovative features, e.g.:
  • autonomous ordering processes (AI-driven)
  • intelligent supplier selection and evaluation
  • automated invoice processing and verification
  • AI-supported decision support in purchasing
• Analysis of market trends, customer requirements and competitors in the field of procurement software and digital procurement
• Close collaboration with engineering, data, and UX to develop scalable platform solutions.
• Development of data-driven KPIs (e.g., process costs, lead times, degree of automation) to control product performance
• Responsibility for go-to-market strategies and positioning as an innovative procurement platform
• Integration with adjacent systems (ERP, Finance, Accounting, Supplier Networks)

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in the SaaS, FinTech or procurement environment
• Understanding of end-to-end procurement and source-to-pay processes, as well as ERP and finance integrations.
• Interest or experience in the field of AI, especially Generative AI, automation and data-driven workflows
• Understanding of platforms, workflows and scalable digital solutions
• Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Ability to translate complex purchasing and financial processes into intuitive, user-oriented software solutions.
• Structured, data-driven way of working with strong prioritization and roadmapping skills
• Entrepreneurial thinking, a hands-on mentality and high design standards
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for innovation and technological trends
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of German and Norwegian is an advantage.
