Drivers of the AI and digitalization agenda. They accelerate digital transformation at DEHN by identifying and prioritizing AI potential and translating it into concrete, implementable projects in collaboration with the specialist departments. They ensure that AI use cases are effectively implemented in line with the company strategy.
Identifying opportunities and business potential. They recognize data- and AI-based opportunities in processes, products, or business models, evaluate these in terms of benefits and feasibility, and initiate implementation together with the relevant teams.
End-to-end implementation of AI projects. You will be responsible for the operational implementation of AI applications – from defining business requirements and coordinating data and architecture to testing, go-live, and rollout. You will transform concepts into productive solutions with clearly tangible added value for the business.
Moderation, enablement, and expert support. You moderate workshops, structure use-case discussions, and provide methodological and technical support to teams during implementation. This ensures that AI solutions are feasible, understood, and sustainably embedded.
Enabler and contact person for the organization. They act as the central point of contact for all organizational and technical questions relating to the use of AI. They ensure transparency, align expectations, and ensure that teams collaborate effectively along the transformation path.
Knowledge transfer and development of digital skills. You actively contribute to the development of a data- and AI-competent culture by sharing best practices, facilitating training, and providing impetus for the further development of the organization.
Interface management. They coordinate IT, data experts, specialist departments and external partners to break down silos and seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing processes, systems and architectures.
Experience in digital transformation and AI/data projects:
You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, data engineering, machine learning, or a comparable field and bring sound experience from transformation, data, or AI initiatives. You are familiar with the success factors, challenges, and typical pitfalls of digital change.
Project management expertise in a digital environment:
You have managed and successfully implemented complex projects end-to-end – ideally in a data-driven or technology-oriented context.
Entrepreneurial thinking & analytical skills:
You understand business models, markets and value chains, analyze technical requirements in a structured manner and translate them into concrete, feasible AI use cases.
Strong communication and moderation skills:
You convey complex content in an understandable way, guide groups in a targeted manner and provide orientation in interdisciplinary teams.
Experience in agile and dynamic environments:
You are familiar with working methods from consulting, tech startups or agile organizational areas and bring corresponding methodological knowledge (e.g. Scrum or Kanban).
High social competence, empathy & adaptability:
They inspire people about AI topics, build trust, deal constructively with resistance and drive change forward sustainably – in a structured, independent and reliable manner.
