• Development and implementation of the AI ​​strategy of Sparda-Bank München eG in close cooperation with the board and specialist departments.
• Identification and implementation of AI use cases to increase efficiency and improve the customer experience.
• Collaboration with the various departments of the company to implement AI-powered solutions
• Managing AI projects – from conception to implementation
• Promoting an innovation-driven corporate culture and active knowledge transfer in the field of AI
• Observation and evaluation of trends and regulatory developments in the AI ​​environment

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the field of artificial intelligence, ideally in the financial sector
• Proven leadership experience and project management skills
