For our headquarters in Soltau and partly in the mobile office, we are looking for you immediately on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) for our Master Data Management in the retail sector - initially limited to one year.

Your tasks

  • Maintenance, control and updating of master data in the area of ​​MDM EH inpatient
  • Recording, maintaining and editing product and article data in the iPIM system
  • Support in quality assurance and conducting regular data quality checks
  • Participation in internal projects for the optimization and further development of data processes
  • Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Category Management, Data Governance and IT) to ensure smooth data communication.
  • Handling shareholder inquiries and supporting the team in day-to-day operations.

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification is an advantage.
  • Ideally, experience in master data maintenance.
  • Prior experience with master data management systems (e.g., iPIM) is desirable.
  • Proficient use of common MS Office products, especially Excel
  • A high level of commitment, flexibility, and an independent and structured work style.
