TASKS

  • You are responsible for the professional development of our fraud management in the application and inventory process and develop relevant analysis and control approaches.

  • You analyze application and inventory data, identify anomalies and patterns, and derive effective measures for prevention, detection, and data-based control.

  • You design and evaluate use cases, scoring systems and analytical approaches, translate these into robust business cases and make their professional and economic added value transparent.

  • You monitor relevant market developments, evaluate new technologies and data-driven approaches, and derive concrete measures for our department from them.

  • You prepare results in a way that is appropriate for management and stakeholders, and you present your recommendations clearly, thoroughly, and convincingly.

  • You will be responsible for representing the top complaints management team, ensuring that complaints addressed to management are handled in a professionally sound, target-group-oriented and compliant manner.

PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS

  • A completed degree, e.g. in (business) informatics, mathematics, statistics, data science, economics or a comparable subject.
  • You have initial, solid practical experience in a data-driven, financial, or similarly regulated environment; a career start with relevant practical experience is expressly welcome.
  • Excellent knowledge of Python or R as well as SQL and experience in the systematic evaluation and understandable preparation of structured data.
  • You translate analytical insights into clear, economically sound recommendations and present them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience, especially for management and decision-making documents.
  • A strong understanding of economic contexts as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working with initiative, independence and assertiveness in collaboration with interfaces.
  • Excellent skills in presenting and tailoring complex content to the target audience.
  • You impress with your initiative, independence and assertiveness, while at the same time maintaining a committed, appreciative collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Good German skills, both spoken and written (at least B2-C1).

In this newly created role, you will assume professional responsibility for the further development of our fraud management. At the same time, you will drive forward data-driven and digital approaches. With a clear business focus, you will create the foundation for effective measures with clear key performance indicators.

Working hours: Standard 38-hour week, time tracking system, flextime & lifetime working time account.

Vacation: 30 days of vacation & additional days off work (December 24th and December 31st).
