What you can achieve with us:- You will integrate state-of-the-art AI technologies into our sophisticated software product WorkforcePlus, thereby actively shaping the future of workforce management: with a focus on intuitive user interaction and intelligent decision support.
- Together with your colleagues, you will evaluate innovative technologies in a small, high-performing team and create and validate prototypes using customer feedback.
- You develop successful product ideas into finished product features. With your experience, you ensure that these are built on a scalable, production-ready AI architecture: from system design and deployment to monitoring and operation.
- Completed studies in computer science, data science, software engineering or similar.
- Initial practical experience and methodological knowledge in the field of modern AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, large language models, generative AI, RAG approaches, as well as AI agents and agentic workflows)
- Experience in a high-level programming language (e.g. Python) and confident handling of relevant frameworks (e.g. LiteLLM, LangGraph, Pandas, FastAPI).
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Good German skills (min. B2) and very good English skills (min. C1)
