Your tasks

  • ISMS implementation: You advise the central IT and specialist departments on the practical implementation of our ISMS requirements.
  • From analysis to architecture: Conducting security needs assessments (risk analyses) and deriving appropriate technical measures to secure IT systems (e.g., in the areas of cloud, network, IAM, or endpoint security).
  • Implementation support: You act as a sparring partner for the IT teams and actively support the technical implementation of security measures.
  • Creating transparency: You assess technical vulnerabilities and work with the IT departments to find solutions or carry out the cyber security risk management process.
  • Management reporting: You assess the actual implementation status of security measures in your area of ​​responsibility and report this transparently to management.

Your profile

  • Solid tech background: A completed degree in computer science, IT security / cyber security or a comparable technical education/qualification.
  • The "technical" consultant type: You are a communicative team player who conveys complex cyber security topics in a service-oriented manner and discusses them on equal terms with IT architects, developers and administrators.
  • Your work style is reliable, analytical and structured – both independently and as part of a team.
  • Practical cybersecurity experience: Several years of professional experience in operational or architectural IT security (e.g., Security Architecture, Network Security, Cloud Security).
  • Standards and framework knowledge: In addition to your technical expertise, you bring solid knowledge of the application of common security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, BSI Basic Protection, C5).
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written; good German skills are a definite plus.
