Your tasks

  • Organizational project management: You lead projects with a focus on administrative and organizational tasks, allowing the subject matter experts to concentrate on the strategic and technical aspects.
  • Progress and milestone controlling: You are responsible for consistently tracking tasks, milestones and open issues within projects to ensure progress and identify bottlenecks early on.
  • Transparency & Reporting: You regularly maintain and update project status reports, dashboards and other communication tools to ensure transparency about project progress.
  • Meeting management & documentation: You organize and coordinate project meetings, create agendas, record results, and track the implementation of decisions. This also includes preparing presentations and decision-making documents.
  • Communication hub: You act as a communication hub between various stakeholders, internal teams and external partners.

Your profile

  • Structured organizational talent: Several years of experience in project management, project controlling or in the PMO environment – ​​ideally with contact points to IT or security topics.
  • Consistency & Commitment: You enjoy persistently following up on open issues and steering projects to completion on time.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills: You have a confident demeanor, can efficiently lead meetings, and prepare complex data in an understandable way for dashboards and presentations.
  • Essential tools: Confident use of common project management tools (e.g. Jira) and Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides).
  • Language skills: Very good German and good English skills for coordinating with our diverse stakeholders.
