To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (Senior) Manager for Investment Controlling & Business Intelligence (m/f/d) at our Bremen location . This is a full-time, permanent position .

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the establishment, further development and operational controlling of international subsidiaries, taking into account compliance requirements.

• Management of international reporting as well as preparation and analysis of meaningful financial reports.

• Conducting target/actual comparisons, variance analyses, and deriving suitable control and optimization measures.

• Monitoring of key financial figures (including DSO and MOS) including the assessment of currency impacts

• Participation in budget planning, forecasts and medium-term financial planning at the subsidiary level

• Consolidation, validation and quality assurance of financial data from international companies

• Further development of reporting and analysis tools (especially Power BI) as well as close collaboration with international finance teams and related departments to optimize data and reporting processes.

Your profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification with a focus on controlling, finance or data analytics

• Several years of professional experience in investment or group controlling, ideally in a senior position

• Solid knowledge of databases and SQL, as well as experience in data preparation and analysis.

• Excellent knowledge of Power BI, especially in the development of dashboards and data models.

• Proficient use of ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) and very good Excel skills.

• Excellent German and English skills as well as strong communication skills in an international environment

• Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and a structured, independent work style.

• Team-oriented personality with a strong focus on solutions and a willingness to undertake occasional international business trips.
