Your mission: You don't want to just manage HR controlling , but shape it and demonstrate how much more can be extracted from HR data when AI and automation are truly utilized? At Craftview, you'll help build our international personnel controlling from the ground up – as the central data voice for our team and our investors. You'll provide our management team with the data that truly drives personnel decisions – and our investors with clean, reliable reporting they can depend on. You won't just build, you'll build better: Where others maintain Excel spreadsheets, you'll automate. Where others write reports, you'll let AI do the prep work.

Your tasks

  • Development and expansion of our international personnel controlling: headcount, personnel costs, FTE analyses, forecasts, KPI reporting
  • Preparation of reports and ad-hoc analyses for finance, management team and investors
  • Identification and implementation of AI and automation potential in reporting and data analysis
  • Development and enhancement of HR dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Sparring partner for the finance and management team on strategic personnel issues
  • Ensuring data quality, compliance and governance in international HR data processes

This is what you bring with you

  • Studies: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, HR, (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field.
  • AI & Automation Mindset: Strong interest in and initial experience with AI tools, automation, and modern analytics approaches (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Python, SQL, or no-/low-code AI), as well as enthusiasm for making processes more efficient through AI.
  • Data & Business Understanding: Strong interest in data, KPIs and HR/Finance contexts, as well as enjoyment in deriving clear, business-relevant insights from data.
  • Excel & BI Skills: Excellent Excel skills and an understanding of data logic and data quality; ideally, initial experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, or a strong willingness to learn in this area.
  • Analytical working style: Structured, meticulous and independent work style with a high willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Ability to present analytical results clearly and understandably to finance and management stakeholders (German & English skills are an advantage)
