Our Customer Management team develops and operates data-driven solutions on a scalable AWS platform. These solutions identify customer needs early throughout the entire customer lifecycle and intelligently automate customer engagement. DevOps engineers, data engineers, and data scientists collaborate on modern technologies to create measurable added value for our customers and unlock new data-driven business potential. In this environment, you will be responsible for the further development of our data and machine learning platforms and ensure that innovative solutions are deployed reliably, scalably, and efficiently.

Your tasks

• Further development and operation of our ML and data platform, including the integration of new use cases and ensuring stable production operation.
• Development of production-ready software solutions, data pipelines and automations with a focus on quality, maintainability and scalability.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and further developing technical standards for data, platform and software solutions
• Analysis and implementation of technical requirements into robust and sustainable data and software products
• End-to-end project support – from requirements gathering and technical implementation to optimization in production operation.

Your profile

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience as a ML Engineer, Data Engineer, Platform Engineer or Software Engineer in a data or cloud environment
• Excellent knowledge of Python and experience in the development of data pipelines and software solutions.
• Good SQL skills and ideally experience with cloud technologies and modern data platform frameworks.
• Practical experience in the use of modern software engineering methods such as testing, CI/CD, code reviews and version control
