Your profile – ambitious and analytical
- You are in advanced stages of your Master's studies or have recently completed your Master's degree with above-average success (e.g., Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or similar).
- You have already gained initial practical experience through demanding internships or working student positions, for example in the areas of consulting, strategy, digitalization, AI, venture building or project management.
- You can analyze complex issues in a structured way and present them in an understandable manner.
- You use PowerPoint and Excel confidently and professionally.
- You are characterized by a high level of initiative, analytical thinking skills, and an independent working style.
- You work carefully, reliably, and with high quality standards.
- Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
Your tasks – strategic, international and future-oriented
- Vendor Selection & Strategy
- You prepare international vendor pitches and coordinate their execution.
- You will develop and apply structured scoring models to enable informed decisions.
- You will independently create management-ready decision-making documents for senior stakeholders and top management.
- Global Stakeholder Alignment
- Together with international ARDEX companies, you coordinate requirements and bring together different perspectives.
- You structure and consolidate complex requirements in a targeted manner.
- You prepare workshops, votes and decision-making rounds and support their moderation.
- Proof of Concept (PoC)
- You define and structure innovative use cases related to the application of AI.
- You systematically document the results and prepare the findings for further decisions.
- You provide analytical and data-based support for the evaluation of pilot projects and test scenarios.
- Implementation & Rollout
- You will support project tracking as well as the creation of regular reports and status overviews.
- You will be involved in the operational and strategic aspects of the international rollout of new AI solutions.
