Your tasks
- Ensuring the system operation of the central EAM data platform and advising our specialist departments on the use of the data platform
- Implementation of data solutions on the data platform, in particular through the development and enhancement of data flows, ETL/ELT processes and data models for analyses, reports and data-based applications.
- Creation and further development of analyses, dashboards and reports using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and comparable analysis tools
- Contributing to the further development of cloud-based data platforms, e.g. with Microsoft Fabric or comparable solutions.
- Participation in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the EAM-wide data governance concept.
- Operational implementation of the data governance concept as well as coordination and documentation of regular meetings with our data owners.
- Analysis and preparation of data sets as well as conception, implementation and monitoring of suitable measures to ensure data transparency, data quality and data integrity in close coordination with data owners and other stakeholders.
- Promoting data management competence within the EAM Group
- Support in the planning and execution of projects
Your profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification and several years of relevant professional experience
- Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, ideally in the context of data platforms based on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric or comparable solutions.
- Initial practical experience in creating data analyses, data models or business reports, e.g. with Python, Power BI or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of project management, e.g. according to PRINCE2, is desirable.
- Confident use of MS Office
- ITIL Foundation certification is desirable.
- Independent and self-reliant work
- Analytical thinking and structured approach
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
- Good English skills are desirable.
- Driving licence class B
