What you can expect:

  • Actively shaping and supporting the further development of a complex data infrastructure team into a self-reliant product team – from conception to sustainable implementation.
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day operations and continuously developing working methods and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness in an environment with diverse requirements and dependencies.
  • Close collaboration with product ownership, development, architecture, management, and stakeholders to create a shared understanding of goals, roles, priorities, responsibilities, and decision-making structures.
  • Planning and implementing change initiatives with sound judgment, persuasiveness and pragmatism, as well as sustainably anchoring new ways of working in the team.
  • Building acceptance and commitment to the transformation among stakeholders from production, projects and related organizational units, as well as promoting constructive and trusting cooperation.
  • Conceptualization and moderation of workshops, voting rounds and communication formats to promote transparency, common direction and shared responsibility.
  • Analysis of existing organizational and work structures, identification of potential improvements, and development of practical solutions for complex challenges.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of transformation progress using suitable key performance indicators, transparent communication of successes, and sustainable safeguarding of the change throughout the entire transformation period.

What you should bring:

  • Solid understanding of software and product development as well as modern agile working methods. Experience in sustainably strengthening teams through transparency, clear prioritization, focus on essential requirements, efficient resource allocation, and the elimination of knowledge silos and dependencies.
  • Several years of practical experience in the areas of change management, organizational development, agile transformation or in a comparable function within complex corporate structures
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of C# backend development. Alternatively, you should have the ability and willingness to thoroughly familiarize yourself with technical solutions and source code-related issues as needed, in order to develop viable and sustainable working methods together with the team.
  • Proven experience in guiding teams through demanding change processes and in introducing and establishing new ways of working in the long term.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as the ability to bring together different interests, perspectives and requirements of various stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative, implementation strength and a hands-on mentality with the ambition not only to conceive changes, but also to successfully put them into practice.
  • Resilience, conflict resolution skills, and a sure sense for dealing with resistance, differing interests, and established organizational structures.
  • A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to take responsibility, independently set priorities and derive effective measures.
  • Excellent German and English skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex topics in a way that is understandable, tailored to the target audience and convincing.
