You are part of the Business Process Digitalization team of the Regional IT DACH & TECH within the Group IT & Digitalization.
Your tasks
  • Identification, evaluation and prioritization of AI, automation and digitalization use cases in collaboration with the specialist departments.
  • Development, implementation and further development of solutions based on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform and other AI technologies.
  • Implementation of process automation using RPA, workflows and low-code technologies.
  • End-to-end responsibility for digitization projects – from requirements analysis to productive operation.
  • Analysis of business processes and derivation of optimization and automation potential.
  • Development of solution, architecture and implementation concepts, taking into account governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • Development of data models, analyses and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Support and collaboration in regional and global IT and digitization projects.
  • Conducting workshops, training courses and enablement measures for users and specialist departments.
  • Operation, support and continuous optimization of existing AI and automation solutions.
Your profile
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable qualification with a focus on AI.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence or Process Automation.
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot technologies or comparable AI platforms.
  • Experience with programming languages ​​such as Python, as well as databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge of modern software development and project methods (agile, DevOps, SCRUM) is an advantage.
  • Understanding of IT governance, security, data protection and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • High level of initiative and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and reliable stakeholder management.
  • Teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
