We are looking for a Cyber ​​Security Consultant (m/f/d) to join our team in Grafenrheinfeld as soon as possible to expand our Industrial IT Security division.

Your tasks

These are the areas of work that await you:

  • Conducting security analyses, risk and protection requirement assessments for IT and OT systems
  • Contact person for planning and implementation of internal and external IT projects for cloud services, virtualization and IT security solutions.
  • Conception, implementation and further development of information security management systems (ISMS) according to:
    • ISO/IEC 27001
    • BSI IT Baseline Protection
    • industry-specific standards (e.g. IEC 62443)
  • Consulting on the implementation of regulatory requirements [e.g. GDPR, KRITIS, NIS2, Cyber ​​Resilience Act (CRA)]
  • Technical advice on:
    • Vulnerabilities and security incidents
    • preventive and reactive security measures
  • Close collaboration with customers, sales, project managers and security specialists
  • Advice on the safe design of:
    • IT and OT infrastructures
    • Networks
    • Cloud architectures
  • Preparation, support and follow-up of audits and certifications
  • Development of IT concepts and cost estimates based on customer requirements for projects in the areas of virtualization, IT security, and cloud computing (e.g., tenders, specific customer requests); support in preparing proposals.

Your qualification

This is what makes you stand out:

  • Successfully completed academic training (computer science, IT security, cybersecurity or comparable) or successfully completed training with several years of professional experience and relevant further training/education in the field of cybersecurity.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the OT field
  • A strong passion for the latest technologies and trends in the IT sector
  • Solid knowledge in:
    • ISO/IEC 27001
    • BSI IT Baseline Protection
    • IEC 62443
    • IT infrastructure, network security and cloud security
    • NIST Standards & Guidelines, in particular NIST SP 800-82 (ICS Security), NIST Cybersecurity Framework and relevant NIST SP 800 publications
  • Experience in risk and vulnerability analysis
  • Comprehensive IT infrastructure knowledge in the above-mentioned areas, ideally with experience in project and managed service business.
  • A high degree of customer and service mentality and business acumen
  • Good communication skills, flexibility & team spirit
  • Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
