AI/ML Solution Architect / Developer (m/f/d)

What you can expect from us

• You will conceptualize, develop and implement innovative AI and machine learning solutions for different business areas and accompany them from the idea to productive use.

• Your responsibilities include the development, training and optimization of machine learning models, as well as the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions into existing business processes.

• With your ideas, you will design intelligent assistance systems, AI agents, copilots and automation solutions that make everyday work easier for our employees.

• You develop scalable AI architectures based on modern cloud platforms and contribute your expertise to defining standards, best practices and governance guidelines.

• Together with our specialist departments, you will identify, evaluate and prioritize future-oriented AI use cases and advise stakeholders on technical and strategic issues.

• Your tasks include building and developing data pipelines, APIs, microservices and integration solutions, as well as establishing modern MLOps, DevOps and CI/CD practices.

• Through your monitoring and continuous optimization, you ensure the reliable operation of productive AI systems and guarantee compliance with performance, security, data protection and compliance requirements.

What you bring

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, business informatics or a comparable qualification and have practical experience in the development of software, data or AI solutions.

• You have sound knowledge in the areas of machine learning, deep learning and generative AI and apply this knowledge in a targeted manner in practice.

• Your excellent programming skills in Python and your confident handling of modern development tools enable you to implement powerful and sustainable solutions.

• You have experience with common AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or Scikit-Learn.

• Ideally, you are familiar with the Microsoft Azure environment and have already worked with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI or Azure Machine Learning.

• You work analytically, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, master complex technical challenges together in a team, and follow technological developments with curiosity and enthusiasm.

• Your independent, quality-conscious work ethic, your good German skills at least at B1 level, and your fluent English skills complete your profile.
