- Professional and disciplinary leadership of our team of SAP Business Intelligence experts
- Responsibility for the further development and active shaping of the transformation of classic SAP BW and reporting approaches towards a modern data and analytics architecture based on SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) and SAP Analytics Cloud in the course of our global S/4HANA transformation and the SAP RISE migration
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of group-wide data management and reporting, the integration into existing and new system landscapes, and ensuring high data quality and compliance with global governance guidelines.
- Close collaboration with subject matter experts and internal IT teams to capture, structure, and translate technical requirements into viable solutions.
- Design and implementation of data models as well as data integration, ETL and visualization scenarios in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAC and SAP BDC
- Taking over project management in cross-functional SAP Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Platform projects
- Independent management of external service providers and implementation partners, as well as budget, resource and capacity planning for the area of responsibility.
You bring the following with you:
- Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or comparable qualification
- Several years of management experience in the field of SAP Business Intelligence, Analytics and Data Management
- Several years of experience in the design, implementation and further development of data warehouse and analytics solutions based on SAP BW/4HANA and SAC, ideally with initial practical experience in the SAP Business Data Cloud
- Solid knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA (e.g., ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains) and SQL
- Understanding of business processes in the manufacturing industry (such as finance, controlling, purchasing, sales, production and HR) and their representation in SAP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of data modeling, data integration and data architectures, e.g. in the integration of SAP and non-SAP data sources (ODP, CDS views, APIs)
- Strong consulting, communication and moderation skills, experience in conducting workshops with specialist departments and stakeholders, and project experience in project management of IT, BI and digitization projects.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written.
