What you can achieve with us

  • Creating scalable data foundations : In cross-functional project teams, you'll work for clients from various industries. You'll break down data silos, build robust infrastructures, and thus create the technical basis for data-driven services and sustainable AI applications.

  • Consulting on equal terms: Your job begins before the code. You accompany your clients as partners from the initial idea through the technical feasibility analysis to implementation.

  • Platform Evolution & Cloud Migration: You will assume architectural responsibility for building and further developing modern data platforms. You will systematically migrate established on-premises architectures and classic data warehouses to the flexible, cloud-based environment of Microsoft Fabric.

  • End-to-end engineering and lakehouse architecture: With Fabric Data Factory, OneLake, and Notebooks, you implement highly efficient ETL/ELT pipelines and structure lakehouses according to medallion paradigms. Ensuring the highest standards of data security and governance is your priority.

  • Sharing knowledge and growing together: As an experienced sparring partner, you create an environment in which younger colleagues can develop optimally. You support them through appreciative mentoring and actively shape our technological footprint in the area of Microsoft Fabric.

Who would be a good fit for us

  • Expertise in Data Engineering: You have a completed degree in a STEM field or a comparable subject and several years of professional experience in Data Engineering.

  • Solid expertise in Fabric/Azure: You have consciously focused your technological efforts on the Fabric and Azure ecosystem to seamlessly provide data for analytics and AI.
You are particularly experienced in working with Lakehouses, Dataflows, Data Pipelines, Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, OneLake, and Delta Lake.

  • Clean Code & Tooling Efficiency: Using your expertise in Python (especially PySpark) and T-SQL, you develop high-performance, productive data pipelines. You confidently use CodeAI and AI-powered tools in your daily work – whether for code generation, reviews, or automating your workflows.

  • Architecture experience & cloud migration: You design large-scale data architectures in the cloud with a keen eye for the big picture. You are drawn to the challenge of systematically replacing traditional on-premises systems and migrating them to modern cloud infrastructures.

  • Language skills: Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills round off your profile.
