Dive into the world of Data & AI and help us shape the digital future!
- You advise our clients on their journey to becoming a data-driven organization , share your enthusiasm for data storytelling, and help them make informed decisions.
- You will work closely with contacts and decision-makers up to the C-level to identify goals, challenges and opportunities.
- You identify exciting Data & AI Use Cases – from GenAI to efficiency-enhancing solutions – and put them into action.
- You translate business requirements into innovative Data & AI concepts , working hand in hand with architects and data engineers.
- You develop and implement strategies – from the initial vision to scalable operation – and ensure that all stakeholders are always up to date.
- You translate current trends such as GenAI, Data Governance or EU AI Act into concrete solutions for our customers and make complex topics understandable and applicable.
- Your ideas strengthen the team, you share your knowledge and actively shape our consulting approaches.

Qualifications
- Completed studies , e.g. in economics, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable course of study.
- Analytical and conceptual strength as well as a strong interest in data & AI, digital business models and transformation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills , as well as enjoyment in working with customers and stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for data & AI strategy , use case discovery, governance and digital transformation, as well as an understanding of how data & AI can support business objectives.
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Nice to have: initial consulting or project experience, knowledge of agile methods, data visualization, cloud technologies or programming (e.g. Python).
