Your future task
  • Further development of our business intelligence landscape and active shaping of data-driven corporate management
  • Integration of external developments including know-how transfer and internal anchoring
  • Conception, standardization and optimization of planning processes and applications
  • Design and implementation of stable data models and ETL processes
  • Close collaboration and consultation between departments regarding the structured implementation of requirements, conceptual development of the collaboration
  • Ensuring data quality, performance, and governance of BI applications
  • Technical guidance and long-term leadership of the BI team (3-4 employees) with a focus on knowledge transfer, collaboration and quality.
  • Identification of digitalization potentials and integration into processes
Your profile
  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the field of business intelligence, controlling or data analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of BI/CPM tools (ideally BOARD) as well as sound SQL and data modeling skills.
  • Experience in the structured implementation of projects and in collaborating with specialist departments
  • Strong process understanding and focus on data quality and sustainable solutions
  • Strong communication skills, an integrative personality, and the ability to moderate collaboration
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way
  • Structured, independent and responsible work style
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
