• Framework & Policies – Development and further development of company-wide AI governance guidelines, standards and role models, translation of regulatory and strategic requirements (e.g. EU AI Act) into practical guidelines for everyday use.
• Processes & Operating Model – Design, control and further development of AI governance processes, ensuring application in projects and departments, and moderation of governance decisions including escalations.
• Portfolio & Reporting – Responsibility for the quality and maintenance of AI portfolios and catalogs (tools, use cases, initiatives), derivation of KPI reports, and creation of well-founded management and decision-making templates for strategic bodies.
• Enablement & Community – Conception of target group-specific training and enablement formats, establishment and moderation of communities of practice and expert networks, as well as being a professional contact person for governance and enablement topics.
• Change & Consulting – Planning and implementation of change and communication measures, representation of AI governance in internal and external committees, and consulting for key stakeholders from IT, HR, Legal, Data Governance, Risk & Compliance.

• Completed university degree in a relevant field or comparable knowledge gained through many years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in the development and management of governance frameworks, standards and processes in the AI, data or technology environment.
• Several years of experience in professional leadership, moderation and consulting without disciplinary responsibility, as well as in collaboration with management and decision-making bodies.
• In-depth knowledge of AI, data/AI governance, regulatory affairs, compliance, risk and control systems, as well as project, process or portfolio management. Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written, and willingness to be present on-site at least two days per week.
