• You are responsible for the development of software with AI agents (including spec-driven development, coding agents, AI-supported testing and delivery in operation).
• You enable the further development and operation of solutions and are an active part of pairing, reviews, documentation and clean handover.
• You make the benefits measurable: effort with and without AI support, quality and throughput time
• You identify and evaluate use cases for AI-supported development, testing, quality assurance, architecture and operation, as well as supporting them from piloting to implementation.
• You develop target architectures, guardrails and governance for the sustainable, productive use of AI agents.
• You conduct workshops with specialist departments, IT management and development teams.

• You have relevant experience in developing enterprise applications, ideally Java (Spring Boot or Quarkus) with relational databases.
• You work productively with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, MCP, agent frameworks)
• You are experienced with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG and tool use beyond the prototype stage, including evaluation and operation.
• You are familiar with modern software development processes (SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, GitHub) and cloud platforms from practical experience.
• possesses good knowledge of APIs, integration architectures and data-driven applications
• You have fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
