Tasks
- You will advise our clients on the strategic and technological development of their digital platforms and web solutions – with a particular focus on the use of innovative technologies such as AI agents.
- With your organizational talent and clear focus on priorities, you will confidently guide our agile project team through complex digital and AI projects and take responsibility for successful implementation – from idea to go-live.
- You will take on the central role as the contact person for our customers when it comes to prioritizing and implementing important project steps – and will coordinate closely with internal specialists and external partners.
- Whether it's requirements analysis, idea sprint or innovation workshop – you develop the appropriate formats and guide customers, partners and your team through the sessions in a structured and confident manner.

Qualifications
- Successfully completed university studies in (business) informatics, economics or similar.
- Several years of experience in agile IT project management – e.g. as Product Owner, Scrum Master or in a comparable role
- Good technical understanding in the field of software and web development, as well as project experience with more complex content management systems (e.g., Sitecore)
- You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and combine this with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills , as well as very good German and English skills and occasional willingness to travel.
