JUNIOR CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER (M/F/D) – NETWORK & INFRASTRUCTURE

Tasks

• You will support the maintenance and assurance of network security and IT security solutions for our customers, including routing and switching , network administration & security.
• Are you interested in improving processes in the areas of performance , IT security and risk management , or in optimizing emergency processes?
• You enjoy contributing your ideas when carrying out updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or adapting to security standards.
• Support in securing cloud environments and cloud knowledge , as well as in analyzing and implementing security policies.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a degree in IT security, computer science , or a comparable degree program with an IT focus.
• Your German and English skills are so proficient that you can advise and communicate with customers clearly, understandably and confidently.
• You have already gained initial practical experience in the support of IT security infrastructures , network administration & security , or cloud environments through internships or student jobs.
• Perhaps you've already heard of firewalling, load balancing, routing/switching , or intrusion prevention – that would be great.
• If manufacturers like Cisco, Fortinet, or Palo Alto mean anything to you, you should definitely get in touch with us.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages ​​such as Python or Java , as well as experience with security standards, is advantageous.
