Your role

• Supporting strategic programs and negotiations to take the use of AI to the next level

• Identification and implementation of AI and automation potential in the daily workflows of our team.

• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio

• Building intelligent workflows and automations with Microsoft Power Automate

• Creation of best practices, templates and training materials for the productive use of AI

• Independent responsibility for pilot projects with measurable productivity gains

• Supporting strategic programs through data-driven analyses and AI-supported evaluations

• Close collaboration with the management of the department as well as internal experts (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Studies in computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, engineering or a comparable quantitative-technical degree program

• Enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Transformation

• Proven practical experience with generative AI and the development of AI solutions, agents, and automation workflows, especially with Copilot Studio and Power Automate

• Affinity for digital tools and new ways of working

• Strong analytical skills and a structured and independent working style.

• High level of initiative and enjoyment in independently implementing ideas.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Very good German and English skills
