Here you'll set a lot in motion:

• You analyze business-critical issues and support marketing, sales and management with data-based insights and recommendations for action.
• You will contribute to goal setting and incentive calculation and help ensure transparent and fair control mechanisms.
• You support the further development of KPI, reporting and analytics solutions and contribute to enabling better data-driven decisions.
• You will work on optimizing data and analysis processes and contribute to continuously improving efficiency and data quality.
• You prepare results for different stakeholders and provide support for presentations, workshops and decision-making documents.
• You will take responsibility for your own sub-projects and coordinate activities with specialist departments, international teams and other stakeholders.
• You work with modern analytics, reporting and AI-supported solutions and support their practical application in the business environment.

What you bring:

• You have a completed degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, natural sciences, economics or a comparable qualification.
• You have initial relevant professional experience in the field of Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Sales Force Effectiveness or a comparable analytical environment.
• You think analytically, quickly recognize connections, and approach complex issues in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
• You derive well-founded insights and recommendations for action from data, creating concrete added value for the business.
• You can present complex issues in an understandable way and communicate them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
• You work independently, show initiative and take responsibility for your results.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and building trusting relationships.
• You are interested in modern data, analytics and AI solutions and quickly learn new methods and tools.
• Excellent German and English skills complete your profile.
• Experience in an international matrix organization and knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry are advantageous, but not a requirement.
