YOUR TASKS

At HELLA, you will support the development of an Agentic AI Hub in production within the area of ​​Operations Digitalization. The focus is on connecting isolated AI systems into a comprehensive approach that makes production data intelligently usable.

• Framework conception : You will contribute to the conception of an Agentic AI framework and support the networking of existing AI systems in a comprehensive AI hub.
• Research : As part of your thesis, you will analyze the current state of research on agentic AI architectures and investigate how standardized communication protocols can be used.
• System networking : They are dealing with the question of how existing isolated AI systems can be connected via the Model Context Protocol and integrated into a common AI hub.
• Prototyping : Based on already implemented AI projects, you develop ideas for agent prototypes, for example in the areas of Predictive Quality, process parameter optimization or Explainable AI.
• Evaluation and scaling : They assess the agent prototype in terms of decision quality and interoperability and investigate the transferability of the approach to other domains such as logistics and maintenance.

• Enrolled student : You are enrolled at a university during your time at HELLA and have not yet completed your last examination.
• Field of study : You are writing a thesis with an engineering background.
• Technical interest : You have an interest in machine learning and the application of large language models.
• Programming skills : You have experience in programming with Python.
• Language skills : You are proficient in German or English at least at C1 level.
