Independent management and execution of the annual EcoVadis and CDP assessments, including project planning, data collection, quality assurance, and submission.
Further development of ESG performance as well as derivation, tracking and implementation of improvement measures
Maintenance and continuous development of the IntegrityNext profile
Conducting market and benchmark analyses on ESG ratings, rankings, and regulatory and customer requirements.
Coordination of group-wide ESG data queries as well as plausibility checks, consolidation and quality assurance of quantitative ESG data
Support in calculating, analyzing and documenting relevant ESG indicators
Maintenance and further development of a central database of evidence and documentation for ESG ratings, reporting and audits.
Administration and further development of the Salesforce Net Zero Cloud for ESG data management and reporting; identification and implementation of AI solutions within the scope of responsibilities.
Collaboration with internal departments, business areas, auditors and external service providers
Creation of management presentations, decision templates and status reports
Close collaboration with the Head of Sustainability in the further development of the sustainability strategy and relevant ESG processes.
Successfully completed university studies, e.g. in sustainability management, environmental science, business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study.
Initial professional experience in sustainability management with a focus on ESG ratings, rankings, reporting, consulting or controlling
Knowledge of ESG ratings and sustainability standards (e.g. EcoVadis, CDP, CSRD/ESRS, GHG Protocol)
Experience in handling ESG data as well as a strong affinity for numbers and analysis.
Knowledge of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud or comparable ESG/data management systems; experience in administering such systems is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools, as well as a high affinity for IT and tools.
Structured, independent and meticulous work style
Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of collaborating with international stakeholders.
