• Material testing and new product setup: Review of requests for new material setup, clarification of specification questions with the specialist departments, and execution of duplicate checks in SAP.
• SAP-ECC Material Management: Creation and maintenance of individual parts, assemblies and finished products for the Dortmund and Menden locations.
• Classification and master data quality: Maintenance and harmonization of material classification as well as continuous improvement of master data quality through logic and consistency checks.
• Bills of materials, work plans and production versions: Creation and modification of bills of materials, work plans, production versions and setup matrices taking into account technical and planning requirements.
• Product lifecycle: Supporting phase-out management in collaboration with marketing, sales, CPP and customer service.
• Communication and collaboration: Coordination with relevant departments to ensure a smooth master data process.

Your profile

• Professional background: You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on master data management, production processes, work preparation or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: Ideally, you have initial relevant experience in master data management, material setup, work preparation or production planning.
• SAP skills: You have good knowledge of SAP ECC, ideally in dealing with material masters, bills of materials, work plans and production versions.
• Technical understanding: You can understand technical specifications, assess relationships, and have a good understanding of production and material processes.
• Analytical strength: You work carefully, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and enjoy continuously improving data quality.
• Communication: You enjoy coordinating with different departments and have the ability to clearly define requirements and implement them pragmatically.
• Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
