Your responsibilities
For the software development department at our headquarters in Heidelberg, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a team of 6 employees in the form of a Continuos Integration and Deployment area.
- Ensuring software integration and deployment
- Definition and coordination of future requirements
- Continuous development of the systems and the associated processes
- Design and implementation of software installation packages (setup)
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the specialist departments
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or similar experience
- Solid experience in DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Good knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN
- Practical experience with at least one of the following tools: Jenkins, vSphere, VMware, InstallAware, InstallShield, Visual Studio, TestComplete
- Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language
- Knowledge of tools such as Gerrit, Azure DevOps, Microsoft TFS, NuGet, Artifactory, and Docker is advantageous.
- Good German and English skills
