Data & Analytics Finance (m/f/d)

What tasks await you:

• Building a robust data and reporting landscape for the financial sector
• Improving data quality and data availability
• Automation and further development of reporting and analysis processes
• Supporting data-driven decisions
• Development of modern analysis and forecasting models
• Development and maintenance of data models and reporting structures
• Conducting mass data analyses and ad-hoc evaluations
• Development of forecast and prediction models
• Definition and implementation of data governance standards for the area in cooperation with the digitalization department.
• Ensuring data quality in the finance and production environment
• Support and further development of BI solutions
• Support with the integration of ERP, BI and planning systems
• Interface management between Finance and IT
• Building automated reports and dashboards (focused on Power BI)
• Master data management and data validation

• Responsibility for the data quality of financially relevant information
• Development of standardized reporting and data structures
• Ensuring consistent data logic
• Development of analytical models for decision support
• Advising the specialist departments regarding data and analysis requirements
• High level of analytical and technical competence
• Understanding financial relationships
• Ability to process complex data structures in an understandable way
• Structured and solution-oriented approach
• High level of personal initiative and innovation orientation

The function ensures the data-based foundation for the work of the Corporate Development / Value Chain department and is closely integrated with the Digitalization department.

What you should bring:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Data Analytics,
• Business administration, industrial engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Finance Analytics
• Excellent knowledge of data modeling and reporting
• Experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL or comparable analysis tools
• Understanding of finance, controlling and production data
• Experience in master data management and data governance
• Good communication skills between department and IT
• Very good German and English skills
