Your tasks
As a Junior Master Data Manager (m/f/d), you will support our Master Data Management team in further developing data standards, optimizing processes, and ensuring the long-term quality of our master data. You will work closely with the Master Data Lead and our specialist departments.
- You will support the Masta Data Lead in the further development of concepts, documentation and governance materials.
- You maintain and continuously develop the data field catalog and master data concepts for your assigned data domains.
- You conduct data quality analyses, identify anomalies, and prepare the results in a way that is understandable for different target groups.
- You will support operational master data activities in SAP MDG / S/4HANA and independently carry out defined process steps.
- In this role, you ensure compliance with relevant requirements, especially GxP and ALCOA+.
- You will accompany our rollout activities along the various MDM waves, coordinate tasks and document progress.
- You will work with different departments and support the implementation of standards and governance requirements in practice.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training, a degree or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on business, IT, data management or a related field.
- You have initial experience in the areas of master data management, data quality and data governance and would like to further develop your professional skills in this field.
- Prior practical experience in handling master data, ERP systems or data analysis is advantageous.
- Ideally, you have some prior knowledge of SAP or S/4HANA.
- You work in a structured, careful and reliable manner and have a good understanding of data and its relationships.
- You can present complex issues in an understandable way and communicate them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience.
- A high level of quality awareness and responsible handling of data are a matter of course for you.
- You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
