• You work closely with different departments, consulting teams and business stakeholders, analyze processes and challenges, translate them into intelligent AI solutions and put them into practice – measurable, scalable and effective.
• You analyze existing data landscapes and create the foundation for high-performance AI applications in close collaboration with subject matter experts.
• You successfully bring AI functionalities into production and continuously optimize their performance, quality and reliability based on relevant KPIs.
• You develop prototypes, demos and practical enablement materials such as simple user interfaces, playbooks or templates.
• You prepare and moderate workshops and communicate results and recommendations for action in a clear and structured manner.
• You will work closely with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers and Product Managers, and continuously develop your skills through exchange with experienced AI and ML experts.

• A completed degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, computer science, or a comparable quantitative or technical field. Additional knowledge in economics or management is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for translating business challenges into technical solutions and 2-3 years of professional experience in data science or AI with direct business relevance – ideally across the entire life cycle.
• Excellent English skills and German skills at least at B2 level, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts and trade-offs in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent programming skills in Python, solid SQL experience, and a good understanding of software engineering best practices (e.g., versioning, testing, CI/CD).
• Experience with backend development, data pipelines and the productive integration of ML and LLM solutions.
• Experience with retrieval and RAG systems, agent frameworks, and modern AI and LLM solutions.
• Solid knowledge of machine learning as well as in the development and productive implementation of models with measurable added value.
• Experience with ML and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or scikit-learn, as well as the construction of MLOps pipelines.
• Experience with Prompt Engineering, Prompt Versioning, Agent Tracing and AI Evaluation.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP, as well as scalable data platforms.
• A structured, solution-oriented approach to work, coupled with initiative, curiosity and team spirit.
