What to expect

• Responsibility for the planning, management and successful implementation of strategic major projects of the 8com group.
• Coordination of internal and external project stakeholders from sales, technology, specialist departments, management and customer side.
• Management of 8com's AI projects, in particular the introduction of AI in the SOC and other AI initiatives within the group.
• Structuring project goals, milestones, responsibilities and resources, as well as monitoring time, budget, quality and risks.
• Establishment of professional project management standards, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Moderation of votes, workshops and steering committees, as well as regular communication of the project status. Early detection of deviations and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure project results.

What makes you stand out

• Several years of experience in managing complex large-scale projects, ideally in the IT, technology or cybersecurity sector.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Confident handling of classic, agile or hybrid project management methods and common project management tools.
• Strong skills in project planning, resource management, risk analysis and progress control.
• Experience with AI, digitization or transformation projects is an advantage.
• A structured and analytical approach to work, as well as the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
• Confident demeanor, strong communication and moderation skills, and assertiveness. Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
