Data Analyst (all genders)

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Data Analyst (all genders) at Consors Finanz in Munich.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What you can expect

  • You analyze customer and market data to plan targeted marketing campaigns and identify the appropriate target group.
  • You create reports and dashboards to evaluate campaign performance and support data-driven decisions.
  • You review and optimize customer journeys at all touchpoints to improve the customer experience and uncover data-driven optimization potential.
  • You continuously monitor the analyses and segmentation strategies and constantly optimize them.
  • You ensure data quality, maintain the relevant databases, and work closely with other teams to define data and analytics requirements.
  • You ensure the availability and provision of the data required for operational campaign management.

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you bring to the table

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, statistics, computer science or a comparable field of study, or equivalent vocational training.
  • Extensive experience in data selection for personalized CRM campaigns and in the automation of recurring tasks.
  • Strong SAS programming skills and experience in SQL and Python are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Excel or similar tools
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex data in an understandable way.
  • Team player mentality as well as a structured and independent work style
  • Professional experience > 5 years in a Data Analyst position
  • Willingness to work on-site in the office for at least 2 days.
  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
