JUNIOR DATA & AI ANALYST (M/F/D)

Tasks

• You will support our clients in AI transformation projects throughout the entire end-to-end lifecycle – from identifying potentials and use cases to the successful implementation of productive AI solutions.
• In this role, you act as an interface between the business and IT departments, analyzing and specifying requirements and translating them into sustainable business and technical concepts .
• You develop exploration, technical and target concept concepts , evaluate AI use cases and coordinate solution approaches with relevant stakeholders.
• You are responsible for the professional and technical pre-qualification of requirements, accompany the integration of AI services , support testing and quality assurance , and manage the successful rollout .
• You support clients in AI adoption , process automation , and building data-driven ways of working to create sustainable added value through AI.
• You promote the transfer of know-how regarding AI and GenAI , contribute innovative ideas and drive the continuous improvement of processes, methods and organizational structures together with customers and the team.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a university degree in (business) informatics, (business) mathematics, business administration or a comparable qualification and possess analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Alongside or after your studies, you have already gained practical experience with current technologies ( software, cloud, AI , etc.) as well as agile project management methods (Scrum/Kanban) and you are familiar with leading software solutions for customer management.
• Excellent German language skills are absolutely essential for the project context.
• You are enthusiastic about IT technologies in conjunction with technically complex challenges and you enjoy taking on the role of a technical expert and interface partner.
• You understand customer centricity as an important success factor and you have a talent for keeping a cool head in stressful situations.
• You have a confident demeanor, strong communication skills , and are a team player . You are characterized by a solution-oriented , structured, and independent work style.
• Occasional willingness to travel and good English skills complete your profile.
