YOUR TASKS

• As a DevOps Engineer, you support software engineering projects in the continuous development process.

• You advise the client on the introduction of new processes and tools in the software engineering environment.
• In this role, you will work closely with the project manager, the developers, and the quality assurance team.
• You will implement and further develop the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery processes and introduce Application Lifecycle Management systems at the customer's site.
• You select the toolchain, implement it, and maintain it.
• Furthermore, you maintain and administer the IT infrastructure landscape in the development and test environments.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have already gained experience in the conception, application and operation of CI/CD solutions in complex software development projects.

• You are therefore familiar with development environments based on Microsoft and Linux.
• You are proficient in using scripting languages ​​such as Python, Bash or JavaScript and have already worked with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• You have in-depth knowledge of build processes and tools such as MSBuild, Make/CMake and Jenkins.
• You have extensive experience with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure).
• Experience with container virtualization (e.g. Docker, Vagrant, Kubernetes) as well as very good (C-level) German and good English skills round off your profile.
