• Identification, analysis and evaluation of use cases in the field of artificial intelligence
• Participation in the introduction, further development and optimization of AI solutions (e.g. KOSTAL GPT)
• Analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes as well as creation of process documentation
• Support for transformation projects, especially in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Creation of presentations, management reports and well-founded decision-making documents
• Development and maintenance of knowledge databases, prompt libraries, and best practices.
• Support for workshops, training courses and change management measures
• Researching current trends, technologies and best practices in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Business Process Management
• Analysis of relevant key performance indicators and creation of evaluations, dashboards and data-based recommendations for action.

• Enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Business, Economics or a comparable qualification
• Interest in digitalization, business processes and artificial intelligence
• Initial experience with Microsoft 365 and ideally basic knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, ChatGPT or comparable AI tools.
• Independent, structured and analytical work style
• Enjoyment of process optimization and the use of new digital technologies
• Strong communication skills and excellent teamwork skills
• High interest in digital innovations and the development of future-oriented solutions
