YOUR TASKS

You work at the intersection of finance, data, AI, and consulting . Together with our teams, you support companies in making their planning, reporting, and controlling processes more intelligent. You analyze complex issues, develop new solutions, and strategically apply modern technologies to create real added value. In addition to technical topics, you also learn about the professional and strategic challenges our clients face and gradually develop into a consultant.
  • You analyze issues from finance, controlling, and corporate performance management.
  • You develop data- and AI-driven solutions, prototypes, and applications.
  • You will support the conception and implementation of Agentic AI, analytics and automation solutions.
  • You combine expertise, data, and technology to create practical solutions.
  • You prepare results in a way that is appropriate for the target audience and present them to the team or to clients.
  • You evaluate new technologies and develop innovative ideas for future use cases.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are interested in the intersection of business, technology, and consulting , and you want to take on responsibility. You work analytically, think structurally, and enjoy delving into complex issues and developing solutions collaboratively.
  • Studies in computer science, business informatics, data science, economics or a comparable field of study
  • Initial practical experience through projects, student jobs, internships or own initiatives
  • Interest in topics such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Finance and Corporate Performance Management
  • Basic knowledge of Python, TypeScript, SQL or similar technologies
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to present complex issues in an understandable way.
  • Fluent German and English skills (at least C1+)
  • High level of initiative, willingness to learn, and the desire to develop further towards a career in consulting.
Important: We are not looking for a pure developer, but rather people who understand technology, recognize technical connections, and develop viable solutions. Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a consultative approach are crucial.
