To ensure that our entire back-end operation runs as smoothly, efficiently, and quickly as our online shop, we are looking for you : A Process Manager & Digital Pioneer (m/f/d) with a strong tech foundation, Python skills, a can-do attitude, and a permanent on-site presence at our location in Schenefeld (Steinburg district).

Your tasks

Your tasks – Here you'll help our digital processes flourish.
You'll be the bridge between specialist departments, smart technology, and innovative automation. You don't wait for instructions, but proactively tackle digitalization.
Here's what you'll specifically achieve with us:

• Understanding, structuring & implementing processes: You analyze, optimize and standardize existing processes across the entire company - with the clear goal of making us faster and better every day.
• Automation & profitable integration of AI: You identify digitalization potential and implement concrete automations - including the introduction of practical AI solutions in everyday work.
• Translating requirements & managing projects: You gather requests from the specialist departments, evaluate them with technical foresight and accompany cross-departmental digitization projects from A to Z.
• Utilizing code and interfaces: You write and extend automations yourself (e.g., with Python and REST APIs) to seamlessly connect systems.
• Measuring success & securing knowledge: You create clear documentation and work instructions, define key performance indicators and show in black and white what your optimizations bring.
• Change facilitator & horizon broadener: You empathically guide the team through new technologies, explain complex relationships in an understandable way, and always keep an eye on new tech trends.

This is indispensable:

• Proven experience in process management, process optimization, and the digitization of business processes.

• Solid experience in project management, strong implementation skills and great enthusiasm for the practical application of artificial intelligence.

• Residence nearby or willingness to be regularly present at our location in 25560 Schenefeld (not a purely digital home office profile).

• Practical know-how with relational databases, data models and data flows.

• Good Python skills for developing automations and integrations.

• Solid experience in working with REST APIs and JSON .

• Excellent communication and moderation skills.

That would be the icing on the cake:

• Experience with automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, or Power Automate).

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, container technologies, or version control with Git.

• Experience in the field of reporting / business intelligence.
