As part of our digitalization strategy, we are continuously developing our corporate management. For this purpose, we already have an existing data warehouse and board business intelligence landscape, which we want to review, further develop and expand together with our specialist departments.

To support our team, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/f/d) who has an interest in business intelligence, data analysis and digitalization.

Your tasks

• Contributing to the further development of our business intelligence solution (BOARD) or implementing an alternative solution
• Support in expanding our data warehouse
• Analysis, processing, and structuring of data from ERP, financial, CRM, and production systems
• Development and optimization of dashboards and management reports
• Support in the development and further development of key performance indicator (KPI) systems
• Participation in digitization and automation projects
• Documentation of data models and data flows
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams from controlling, IT and the specialist departments
• The aggregated result is the development of a Balanced Scorecard as a central management tool.
• for measuring, controlling and implementing corporate strategies from a financial, customer, and process learning/development perspective.

Your profile

• Ideally, you will have studied business informatics, data science, industrial engineering, business administration (with a focus on controlling, digitalization or business informatics) or a comparable course of study.

  Furthermore, you impress through

• "Hands-on mentality" regarding practical tasks and topics
• analytical thinking skills, interest in data, processes and business management
• good Excel skills
• a structured and independent way of working
• Teamwork skills and initiative
• Prior experience with SQL, databases, or business intelligence solutions (e.g., BOARD or Power BI) is advantageous, but not a requirement.
