(Business) IT Specialist in AI Consulting (Customer Contact) (m/f/d)

Niologic is a specialized AI consultancy.

We support:

• medium-sized industrial companies,
• Hosting and software companies,
• large retailers within a corporate environment.

As part of our AI service contracts, we maintain and support our customers' production AI applications. Our expertise lies in applied AI systems for:

• FinanceAI, SalesAI, SupportAI in the everyday lives of our customers,
• Location Intelligence
• AI training infrastructure and team building.

Your role

As a ( business) computer scientist, you will take on the professional and organizational responsibility for one of our delivery teams in the area of ​​AI Services (2-4 people).

You ensure that all customers receive exactly the service that was contractually agreed upon – completely, correctly and of high quality.

You are the face of Niologic in day-to-day operations. If something goes wrong at a customer's site, you're the first number they call. You ensure that:

• The existing systems and processes are adhered to.
• your team delivers the services cleanly
• Problems are identified early and escalated to the right departments (e.g., AI Engineers).

In special cases, recent graduates may also be admitted, provided you can demonstrate basic qualifications through internships, part-time jobs, training or study content.

Tasks

• You onboard new AI service customers completely and smoothly, so they are satisfied from day one.
• You routinely check each service package against the contract.
• You answer all customer inquiries (email / ticket / calls) promptly and reliably.
• You actively ask satisfied customers for references and reviews.
• You process and resolve potential customer complaints in a structured manner.
• You answer technical questions from your delivery team (AI services, processes, contracts).
• You keep an eye on the KPIs in fulfillment and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
• You maintain close communication with management, AI engineers, and business development regarding improvements or problems.

qualification

Professional qualifications (AI & domain know-how)

• completed studies in business informatics
• Experience in customer responsibility against a contractually defined service package, SLA operation, ticket and escalation discipline,
  ideally in industry, hosting/software companies, or large retail businesses.
• You understand how an AI system ages in operation: data changes, models drift, users adapt or become unaccustomed to it. You recognize this early and address it with the customer.
• You know what your AI engineers are talking about when they mention retraining, data pipeline, or monitoring, and you can explain it to a CEO in three sentences. You don't have to build anything yourself.
• Location Intelligence or location-based analyses are familiar to you, or you are willing to familiarize yourself with them within four weeks.
• You monitor the operation of productive AI systems (e.g., workflows, stability, performance, data quality).
• You have excellent presentation skills, including proficiency with Office applications, Claude Design or Thinkcell, and you adhere 100% precisely to our corporate design.
• Fluent in German and English, error-free written communication at the management level.

Important:

The technical design and construction of new AI systems is the responsibility of our AI Engineers / IT roles . Your responsibilities lie in the operation, service quality, and leading the delivery team .

Your profile (personality & work style)

• High level of professional competence in the consulting/service sector, ideally also in AI applications,
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of direct customer contact,
• Basic legal understanding of service or purchase contracts
  (you understand what is promised – and what is not),
• Strong skills in self-organization and project management,
• You structure several client projects in parallel,
• You work in a system-oriented and not chaotically,
• Careful, precise and structured work methods,
• You like to stick to existing systems and processes and ensure that they are maintained.
• Ideally, the personality type should be system-oriented, structured, and organized.
