Consultant Digital Management Data & AI Strategy & Governance (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• Consulting for the client, the German Armed Forces, and project managers on IT governance, control models, and organizational frameworks.
• Participation in the conception, further development and implementation of governance, risk and compliance structures, as well as improving their practical applicability.
• Analysis of existing processes, roles and responsibilities, and derivation of concrete recommendations for action.
• Analysis and evaluation of existing regulations regarding relevance and applicability
• Support in the planning and management of IT and transformation projects in security-relevant environments
• Supporting coordination between specialist departments, IT, information security and other stakeholders.
• Creation of management presentations, decision-making templates, technical concepts and status reports
• Support with requirements, documentation and quality assurance in the project environment

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies in IT management or a STEM subject (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology)
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in the described field of activity
• Confident handling of IT governance approaches, process models and cross-departmental collaboration
• Experience in working with complex stakeholder structures and in preparing decision-making documents.
• Knowledge of common frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 or BSI basic protection is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, reliable work ethic.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills and a high degree of responsibility
• Technological innovation expertise and creativity, as well as a high degree of flexibility.
• Strong teamwork and independence skills for responsible customer consulting based on agreed BWI positions.
• Excellent German skills, good English skills, and a high willingness to travel.
