Your opportunity: Shape the future, learn, network!
In this varied and responsible position, you will actively contribute to shaping the AI future of the Hessian Ministry of Finance. You will define target architectures and technical standards for integrating AI and ensure seamless integration into existing specialist processes – from conception to implementation. Become part of an innovative team that is establishing AI as a driver for efficiency, citizen-centricity, and digital sovereignty.
Your tasks
These are your responsibilities:
✏️ Architecture & Integration: You design scalable, modular AI architectures and derive technical requirements for integration from the analysis of complex IT systems.
✏️ Sovereignty & Standards: You define technical standards and interfaces for the vendor-neutral, sovereign integration of AI tools in various IT environments.
✏️ Business Management & Governance: You work closely with architecture boards, data protection officers, and business units, and manage external service providers and cloud providers.
✏️ Innovation & Communication: You stay abreast of AI developments, evaluate and integrate new AI solutions, and prepare technical content in a clear and target-group-oriented manner.
Our requirements
A successfully completed university degree (Diploma or Master's) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification that enables you to perform the corresponding work.
At least two years of relevant professional experience in the following areas:
- Conceptualization/implementation of scalable, modular AI architectures and derivation of technical integration requirements
- Definition of technical standards and interfaces for vendor-neutral, sovereign AI tool integration
- Generative and classical AI applications as well as hardware architectures
- Sovereign cloud architectures, containerization and data management
